All I can say is: I wish I did it sooner. For the last couple weeks, I've been stuck in bed from a lower back strain, unable to stand or walk for more than a few minutes at a time. Now, after only one session with Megan, I feel like I could walk for hours if I wanted to. It's like night and day. Suffice to say, it was a great experience. Megan is great at what she does, and I highly recommend her.
